HOMELESS SHELTER ELIGIBILITY SCREENING
Provides the initial screening for families in Fairfax County seeking shelter placement between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. The Coordinated Services Planning (CSP) specialist will conduct a broad-based assessment to determine eligibility for shelter, and if determined eligible, will send the referral to the Family Shelter that serves the individual's geographical location. Adults without children may self-refer to the Baileys Crossroads Shelter, the Eleanor Kennedy Shelter, or the Embry Rucker Community Shelter.
